Prospero Gainza Aguero Boniato Provincial Prison
Manuel Ubals Gonzalez Boniato Provincial Prison

I believe that they have been imprisoned for actions that should be permitted according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. I respectfully ask that they be pardoned and released from prison immediately.

I also appeal to you to ensure that they be treated according to international standards, and that they be given adequate medical treatment.
