Ride
to Conquer Cancer
I
am participating in the "Ride to Conquer Cancer" for cancer
research
at the Princess Margaret hospital. My goal is to raise
$2500
for this research. The bike ride takes place June 21-22
and
goes from Toronto to Niagara which is about 200km. Any
one
who is interested in donating please go to
www.conquercancer.ca
and click on "sponsor a participant".
Then
type in Alana Ruthven (id# 521562-5) to make your donation and fill out
your tax receipt information. For those not comfortable with an on line
donation please contact me at 519-853-8665 or see me at church on June 15.
I can deposit the donation personally at pre-ride conquer cancer meeting.
Any level of donation is much appreciated! Thank you.

Please

Deborah. Good luck in your new
position, Deborah.
Humour
Corner
The
minister’s little daughter was sent to bed with a stomach-ache
and
missed her usual romp with her daddy. A
few minutes later she
appeared
at the top of the stairs, and called to her mother, “Mama,
let
me talk with Daddy.”
“No,
my dear, not tonight. Get back to
bed.”
“Please
Mama.”
“I
said no”. That’s enough now.”
